Book An Appointment

• Booking Deposit
  A 50% upfront booking payment is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in-salon on the day of your treatment.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the upfront booking payment.
• Contraindications
  If you have any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or are on specific medications (e.g., Accutane, retinoids), please check the Contraindications List before booking. If you are unsure, please contact Lia prior to booking an appointment.
• Appointment Arrival & Accessibility
  LKB is located upstairs in a residential building at 8 Ocean St. Please press the buzzer upon arrival. Please note that our space is not wheelchair accessible, so guests with difficulty using stairs should contact Lia for more information.
• Wellness Policy
  If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any cold, flu, or contagious symptoms, please refrain from booking or attending your appointment. If you need to reschedule due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible.
