All online bookings are contingent upon availability and are subject to confirmation by Lia Kim Beauty. We retain the right to exercise our discretion in refusing or cancelling any booking. Our Services require an upfront payment, constituting 50% of the total cost of the booked services. By proceeding with a booking, you are explicitly consenting to the associated Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and comply with these policies before initiating a booking.

SECTION 8: Cancellations, Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Clients who arrive late for appointments may experience a reduced treatment duration. We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee the full duration of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to automatically cancel your appointment and your upfront booking payment will be forfeited. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be automatically charged the cancellation fee (your upfront payment will be forfeited. We have the right to decline any order you make. In our discretion, we may restrict or cancel the quantity of items purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders with matching billing and/or shipping addresses.
